SEA FRONT VILLA

in collaboration with Mark Cooney Architects

 

For this project we adapted an existing concept-stage design to create a scheme for a large private villa on the west coast of Antigua. In our design approach, we sought to strike a balance between the client's brief for a modern and open-style home and our more traditional architectural sensibilities.

The house is situated on large sea-front site and arranged across several pavilion-style buildings, each with a distinctive Caribbean-style roof form.
